How would you like your runner to sit?

Full-width bordered runners require two fitting visits. On the first visit, we position and align the carpet on your staircase before taking it back to our Clydebank workshop for border stitching. We then return to complete the final fit. Both fitting visits are included within the same fitting charge.

Would you like us to include professional fitting?

Your free professional measure. We’ll check your staircase measurements before anything is cut or made. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll finalise your order and arrange the fitting.

Each Innovation stair runner is made to your exact measurements and finished with a premium bound border for a clean, tailored edge. Designed to add warmth, comfort and a refined finish to your staircase, every runner is manufactured in the UK to order.

Elk is a soft, durable stair runner designed to bring warmth and texture into the home with a clean natural look. Finished with our dark brown tape border, it creates a rich contrast inspired by deep coffee tones, giving the runner a more refined and premium feel.

Made from 100% Excellon polypropylene, Elk is designed for busy everyday living while still offering a soft and comfortable feel underfoot. Suitable for heavy domestic and medium contract use, it works perfectly on stairs, hallways, bedrooms, and living areas.

Manufactured in Britain using durable 3-ply yarn, the runner is easy to clean and backed by a 10 year stain and wear guarantee, making it a practical choice for modern homes.

1Unroll your runner and let it settle flat at room temperature for a few hours before fitting.
2Make sure each tread and riser is clean, dry and free of old fixings or debris.
3Fit your stair gripper to the base of each riser and the back of each tread, if ordered.
4Lay your underlay over each tread, trimming to fit, if ordered.
5Centre the runner on the staircase so the borders sit evenly on both sides for a symmetrical finish.
6Working from the top, secure the runner into the angle of each step, smoothing as you go.
7For winders, turns and landings, fit each shaped piece individually using the same centred alignment.
8Professional fitting is recommended for the best finish, especially on turned or winding staircases.
→Made to order. Each runner is cut and bordered to your measurements, so please allow a short production lead time before dispatch.
→Delivered rolled and protected. Your runner and any add-ons arrive packaged to keep edges and borders pristine.
