Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.

Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Choose any working day up to 3 months ahead, with a minimum of 3 working days lead time.

Fast Dispatch

In-stock items are carefully prepared and dispatched in advance of your chosen delivery date to ensure prompt arrival.

Important Delivery Information

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure your flooring reaches you as efficiently as possible. While we carefully coordinate every order, delivery times are provided as estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and postcode. All delivery costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

In the event that a delivery issue arises, our customer support team will work closely with both you and our delivery partner to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We are always on hand to help.

Please Note

All deliveries are kerbside only. Our couriers will deliver to the nearest accessible point at your property. Please ensure adequate access is available and that help is on hand if needed, as flooring orders can be heavy.

Getting Ready

Preparing For Your Delivery

Ensure Clear Access

Please ensure there is clear access to the delivery area before your chosen delivery date. This includes driveways, entranceways and any routes to where the flooring will be stored.

Someone Home to Receive

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on your chosen day. If no one is home to accept the delivery, our courier may not be able to leave the goods unattended.

Have Help Ready

Flooring orders are often heavy and may arrive on a pallet. We recommend having additional help available at the delivery location to assist with moving the goods from the kerbside.

Notify Us in Advance

If your property has access restrictions such as narrow lanes, height barriers or limited parking, please let us know at the time of ordering so we can pass this information to the delivery team.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage or shortages, we ask that you note this on the delivery paperwork at the time and contact our team as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist promptly.

Photograph the goods

Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging or product before installation begins. These will be required to assist your claim.

Delivery Policy

While we work closely with our delivery partners to provide a reliable service, delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur. Delivery dates should be treated as estimated arrival dates rather than guaranteed delivery times.

Where a delivery issue occurs, our team will work closely with both the customer and delivery partner to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in the rare instances where delays are unavoidable.

We strongly recommend that tradespeople or fitters are not booked until all goods have been delivered and fully inspected. We are unable to accept liability for costs incurred as a result of installation arrangements made before delivery has been confirmed.
