Placing An Order +
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us. Until that point, no binding contract exists. You must be aged 18 or over to place an order.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Product Descriptions & Images +
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colours, finishes and specifications. However, due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting and natural manufacturing variation, the actual product may differ slightly from images shown on our website.
These differences are not considered defects. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full purchase if colour accuracy is important to your project.
Product specifications, dimensions and pack coverage are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations between packs and batches may occur.
Real Wood & Natural Products +
Real wood flooring — including engineered wood and solid wood products — naturally contains variation in grain pattern, texture, colour, knots, mineral streaking and character markings.
These natural characteristics vary from plank to plank and are an inherent feature of real wood, not a defect. They contribute to the unique, premium character of the product.
Slight variation between the product received and website images or samples is to be expected with natural materials and will not constitute grounds for a return or refund where the product is otherwise of satisfactory quality.
Payment & Pricing +
Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our secure checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are handled securely by our payment provider.
Promotional prices and discount codes are applied at checkout. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Delivery +
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size. All delivery costs are clearly displayed before purchase.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we work closely with trusted delivery partners to fulfil orders reliably, delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
All deliveries are kerbside only. Customers should ensure clear access and have adequate assistance available to receive the goods, as flooring orders can be heavy.
Please inspect all goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier paperwork. Contact our team promptly if you have any concerns on receipt.
Returns & Refunds +
Unopened packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our full returns policy. Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Where a return is requested without a specific reason, a restocking fee of 20% may apply. No restocking fee applies where the return is due to a fault on our part.
Products that have been cut, fitted, laid or otherwise modified cannot be returned. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for complete details.
Trade Accounts +
Trade account approval is at the sole discretion of Innovation Flooring Direct. We reserve the right to approve, decline, review, suspend or withdraw trade account access at any time and without obligation to provide a reason.
Trade pricing and benefits are made available to approved trade customers only and may not be shared or used by third parties. Misuse of trade accounts may result in access being withdrawn.
Trade account terms, pricing and benefits may be updated from time to time. Continued use of a trade account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Intellectual Property +
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design elements and product descriptions, is the property of Innovation Flooring Direct or our content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
Governing Law +
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Important
Check Before Installation
Please inspect all flooring thoroughly before installation begins. Check the colour, finish, specification, batch number and quantity before cutting or fitting any product.
Installation of flooring is considered acceptance of the product. We cannot accept claims for issues that would have been visible or identifiable prior to fitting, including colour variation, surface marks or specification differences.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our team before installation and we will be happy to assist.
Expert Advice
Do not arrange installation appointments until all delivered products have been inspected, acclimatised and confirmed correct. We cannot accept liability for contractor costs or delays arising from orders arranged before delivery is complete.
Limitation Of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total value you paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses, including installation costs, loss of earnings or contractor charges.
Innovation Flooring Direct is not responsible for third-party installation costs, delays or charges arising from product issues, delivery delays or any other circumstance. We strongly recommend waiting until all products have been delivered and inspected before arranging installation.
Where delivery delays occur, we will work proactively with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Delivery dates should be treated as estimated arrival dates rather than guaranteed delivery times.
