Innovation Flooring cannot and will not be held liable for customers own sizes, if you miss an arranged delivery date then you will be charged another delivery fee for us to deliver again, or alternatively you can collect in person from our Glasgow depot situated at South Elgin Place Clydebank G81 1XP, all products are subject to availability.
We hold all our products in our warehouse but if this product is out of stock or damaged you will be contacted soon as possible. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only and are intended to give a general guide of how the product may look.
We use actual fitted photographs of our own work with the carpets & flooring in the photos aour own jobs but products could look different in your property after taking in consideration like lighting etc.
All photogtaphy is our own and will not, do not give anyone permission to use them. Standard delivery time is 2-5 Working days. Refunds will only be given on products deemed faulty by management.
If a product has been cut to your sizes, then you own that product. If for any reason packets of flooring or any other products are to be returned, they must be in the same condition as you received them, there will be a 20% restocking fee & you are liable for returning the good to us. We can pick the products up but you will be charged our delivery rates.
