Width & Length Calculator
measure the widest and longest parts of your room, including doorways and alcoves
always measure from skirting to skirting for accuracy
if your room is l-shaped, break it into sections and measure separately

Square Meter (m²) Calculator
multiply width × length to get your total area in m²
example: 4m (w) × 5m (l) = 20m²
herringbone patterns require more cuts, so add 10-15% extra for wastage
example: if your room is 20m², add 15% (3m²) and order 23m²

Delivery & Returns

delivery typically takes between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the courier. once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.

while most couriers will bring your products inside, we can’t guarantee this as they operate independently from innovation flooring. some may only offer kerbside delivery, meaning your order will be delivered to your door but not carried inside. to avoid any surprises, we recommend having an extra set of hands ready just in case.

Stair Runners

all stair runners are made in-house – yes, by the same owner who does everything else, from sourcing stock to sweeping the warehouse floor. we aim to have your custom stair runner made, finished, and ready for dispatch within 5 days. you’ll receive an email update on your order, and if there are any unexpected delays, we’ll give you a call.

need a matching landing? no problem. just email the required size to innovationflooringdirect@gmail.com, and we’ll provide a price before shipping it along with your stair runner.

please note: once a stair runner has been fitted, it cannot be returned. however, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a brand new one, no questions asked. double-check your measurements before ordering to avoid any issues down the line.

Returns & Refunds

if your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we’re happy to offer a full refund – simple and hassle-free.

if your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it, but here’s what you need to know:

the return delivery cost is the customer’s responsibility
a 20% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, unpacking, and restocking
any returned items must be in the same condition as when they left. we do not accept returns of unsealed packs.
