What it is
Engineered wood flooring has a genuine hardwood top layer bonded over a multi-ply timber core — the authentic look and feel of solid wood with far greater stability underfoot.

Underfloor heating compatible
The layered construction copes well with gentle heat changes, so most of our engineered floors are suitable for use over underfloor heating. Always follow the recommended surface-temperature guidance.
Installation
Can be floated over underlay, glued or secret-nailed. Let the boards acclimatise in the room for around 48 hours before fitting for the best result.
Maintenance & care
Sweep or vacuum regularly and clean with a barely-damp mop and a dedicated wood-floor cleaner. A real-wood wear layer can often be lightly sanded and refreshed over time.
