1Allow the flooring to acclimatise in the room for at least 48 hours. Keep packaging sealed until ready to fit.
2Ensure your subfloor is clean, dry, flat and structurally sound. Maximum deviation 3mm over 1.8 metres.
3For floating installations, lay a suitable underlay if not included. Leave a 10–15mm expansion gap around all perimeters.
4Fit the boards following the fitting guidance supplied with this floor. Work left to right across the room.
5Inspect each plank before fitting. Do not install damaged boards. We cannot accept returns on flooring that has been cut or fitted.

→Choose your delivery date. Select any working day up to 3 months ahead. Minimum 3 working days lead time.
→Kerbside delivery only. Couriers deliver to your nearest accessible point. Please ensure help is available.

→30-day returns. Return any unopened packs within 30 days. Opened packs cannot be returned.
→Restocking fee. Returns without a specific reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
