The installation process

Design considerations
Much of a runner’s character comes down to a few choices: the width, and with it the balance of border on each side; the pattern, and the direction it runs; and the finishing details, from bound edges to traditional stair rods.
Plain and Berber carpets are forgiving and timeless; stripes and herringbone make a confident statement — worth planning carefully on turning staircases.
